Good oral hygiene begins in the home and in early life. Clean teeth and gums are essential to oral health. This includes daily brushing and flossing, and having a health diet. with good dental care and regular check-ups with your dentist, your teeth can last a lifetime. Take the time to learn how to brush and floss correctly. the reward of having healthy teeth and gums is well worth the effort.

Although Brushing does not reach every part of the tooth’s surface, good brushing technique will ensure that the teeth and gums are cleaned properly. Take extra care to brush the gums where they meet the teeth. Also make sure you use a soft toothbrush as brushing with a hard toothbrush can damage your gums.
